Hardy Farrow is an entrepreneur at heart. Raised in a small town in a family of entrepreneurs—his mother owned a local bakery—he was deeply influenced by the dedication and grit he witnessed growing up. He recalls his mom staying up until 1:00 AM to finish a wedding cake and his grandfather seeing patients on Christmas Day at his medical practice. Those early experiences instilled in him a deep admiration for people who build something from nothing and create opportunities for others through hard work and service to their community.

Since graduating from college, Hardy has founded two companies. His first venture, LITE, empowered low-income students to build wealth by launching their own businesses. Under his leadership, the program expanded to reach 50,000 students across 30 school districts. The Atlantic recognized LITE as one of the five most innovative ideas in the country.

His second company, WizForm, helped small business owners navigate complex government and tax compliance. After growing the platform to serve hundreds of customers, Hardy sold the business to Clearco, a leading tech unicorn.
